👋 Updated Strong Women Jumpstart Coming Soon!

Reader,

For the past five years, I’ve run my Strong Women, Strong Bones Jumpstart, two to four times each year.

I’ve refined it along the way.
And now, it’s time for a bigger upgrade.

Based on feedback — and what I’ve seen firsthand — I’ve redesigned the March 2026 cohort to be more complete and more aligned with how strength and bone actually adapt.

Here’s what I’ve learned:

Five weeks got you started.

But it’s between weeks five and eight that movement patterns become automatic, confidence rises, and true strength begins to build.

In the past, we were stopping just as your body was beginning to adapt.

So the ⭐ March 2026 Jumpstart — beginning Monday, March 30th — will now run for eight full weeks and includes a private one-on-one session to analyze your DEXA scan.

The first four weeks are your step-by-step, structured classes for learning the essentials.
You’ll learn the foundations of osteoporosis-safe strength training and yoga — without pressure to “keep up” with an already up and running class.

Then, once you have the basics down, you’ll roll directly into a full month inside my ongoing membership classes.

That second month gives you what your bones and your confidence actually need:

  • Consistency.
  • Progressive loading.
  • A community of like-minded women.

Bone responds to progressive loading over time.
Not quick bursts.
Not random workouts.
Not fear-based avoidance.

In addition to eight weeks of live classes, you’ll receive:

• Four live group coaching sessions focused on mastering what you need to know about your bones and how to build them safely
• A 45-minute one-on-one DEXA scan consult with me on Zoom

If you’ve had a DEXA, we’ll walk through it together so you truly understand your numbers — not just your T-score, but what it means for your future.

If you haven’t, we’ll use that time to determine whether you need one — and how to advocate for it confidently.

  • This version of Jumpstart is more complete.
  • More supportive.
  • And more aligned with what actually creates lasting change.

Because this program now includes eight weeks of live coaching, four group coaching sessions, and a private DEXA consultation, the investment reflects that evolution.

If this feels like the right next step for you, you can get all the details and join the interest list here.

I’m excited about this next evolution — and I would love to support you inside it.

If you’re someone who likes clarity, here are my current program investments:

After the program — Strong Women Membership (live classes + monthly coaching): $149/month

I believe in being transparent about pricing so you can make informed decisions.

Hi Reader, ✨ This might be the most enjoyable bone-health study I've come across in a long time — and I think you're going to like it too. Researchers in Norway recently looked at what happens when adults over 55 eat Jarlsberg cheese every day. Yes, cheese — as a bone health intervention. I'm here for it. Here's the quick science Most of you already know that building and maintaining bone requires key nutrients: • calcium • protein • vitamin K Jarlsberg is a naturally fermented cheese that...

Reader, I’m heading out to get in some mileage on the beach here in South Carolina today as I prepare for the Bataan Memorial Death March in a few weeks. I’m testing what socks, sneakers, shorts, and hats work best in sand and wind — but mostly, I’m just getting my body ready for the distance. No time goals, just steady miles. When I’m out walking or jogging, I often think about the simplest ways to share helpful exercises with you. Yesterday, I kept coming back to upper-body strength. Have...

Reader, Can drinking green tea 🍵really help improve your bone health? I’ll be the first to tell you — I’m a coffee gal, not really much of a tea drinker. But recently, while visiting my son in Boston, I ordered a pot of organic jasmine green tea. It was a freezing-cold afternoon, and tea seemed like the right choice to go with our ramen noodles. It was amazingly good. So good in fact, that my son's girlfriend surprised me with a bag of it to take back to Vermont. At the time, I had no idea I...
